Billy Hammond

Billy is a compassionate life coach committed to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and purpose in their everyday lives. He holds a Level 1 Life Coaching Certificate from George Brown College and is currently completing Level 2 to further deepen his practice.

Billy's coaching approach is holistic, drawing from mindfulness, martial arts, and philosophy to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. He also brings a background in communication and human behavior through a General Arts and Science diploma from Humber College.

Billy offers a safe, supportive space where clients can manage stress, navigate life transitions, and work toward meaningful goals. Together, we’ll build practical tools and habits that align with your values and support long-term growth.
